Hi!

My name is Jamie Silverstein.

I’m a 27 28 year old retired?! athlete.  Currently, I’m teaching a TON of yoga and working at an eating disorder treatment center.  I love questions.  I love cooking.  I love yummy movement.  I love good friends.

And, there was that Olympic ice dancer thing…

I’ve stumbled a lot but I’m beginning to be okay with that.
