That’s called the present.

Yes.  That’s you.  That’s life.  That’s what it is.

Or, it could be :P…

So:  check in.  Stop.  Exhale.  And.  Do it again.

In fact, repeat as necessary…

What is it like for you to be present?

What is it like for you to notice?  You mind.  Running.  Your feelings.  Poking.  You.  Translated.

What is it like for you to take it in?

What might you stop?…

Take a breath.

What are you doing right now?

Repeat.
