3 Minutes

I read somewhere that we should all get 3 minutes.  To be heard.  Without judgment.  Without critique.  Without interruption.

This is not how we operate though.  We don’t listen.  Even when we are quiet.

We plan.  Craft.  Wait for that pause.  So that we can be heard.

But then we miss SO much.

Playing poker in our heads.

3 minutes is not so long.  But it is a HUGE gift.

What would it be like for you to just listen?

3 minutes.  Open eared.  Open-hearted.

Change someone’s day.
